Users can earn TIDE through various protocol activities:

1. Stability Pools

   • Deposit assets into either Collateral or Sail Stability Pools
   • Earn rewards from 75% of protocol revenue (pre-$10M TVL)
   • Benefit from team-directed incentive allocations
   • Participate in securing the protocol

2. Maiden Voyage Participation

   • Help bootstrap new markets through Maiden Voyage
   • Receive TIDE rewards for early support
   • Distribute risk and initial tokens

3. Early Participation (Points Program)

   • Earn points during the first 12 weeks post-launch
   • Points convert to TIDE at TGE
   • Rewards genuine users, not mercenary farmers
   • Participate in building initial TVL

4. Protocol Participation

   • Provide liquidity for protocol tokens
   • Participate in governance discussions
   • Contribute to protocol development
   • Engage with the community

Revenue Distribution Model

Pre-$10M TVL (Growth Phase)

• 100% of protocol revenue reinvested in ecosystem
• 75% to Stability Pool rewards
• 25% to Protocol-Owned Liquidity (building TIDE liquidity)

Post-$10M TVL (Transition Phase)

• Treasury takes declining percentage (targeting ≤5% long-term)
• Remaining revenue maintains 75/25 split
• Harbor Treasury maintains ≥30% of TIDE supply for sustainability

Long-Term (Mature Phase)

• POL reaches target of 15% of circulating supply
• 25% allocation switches from POL building to buyback & burn
• ≤5% to treasury operations
• ~75% continues to stability pool rewards
• TIDE becomes deflationary through systematic burns
