Maiden Voyage

Harbor bootstraps new markets with capacity-capped Maiden Voyage campaigns, fair deposits, launch liquidity, and ongoing Yield Share for eligible supporters.

From capped deposit to lasting market participation.

How it works​

1. Deposit while capacity is open​

  • Deposit approved collateral (fxSAVE, wstETH, or zap paths from fxUSD / ETH / USDC per voyage rules)
  • Voyages are capacity-capped; when full, the market can launch

2. Market launch - claim ha and hs​

When the voyage launches, participants claim:

  • ha: pegged token for that market (e.g. haETH, haEUR)
  • hs: leverage token (e.g. hsFXUSD-ETH, hsSTETH-EUR)

Combined token NAV at launch matches deposited collateral value subject to fees: an initial NAV-preserving distribution split across two risk profiles (ha and hs). After launch, both still carry their usual downside (see Risk Considerations).

3. Yield Share​

Eligible participants can earn up to ~5% of that market’s revenue (fees + collateral yield). That slice comes first; the remainder follows the global path (treasury take if applicable, then 75% pools / 25% buy TIDE). See TIDE Tokenomics. Staying deposited after launch supports eligibility; details per voyage in the app.

4. Ledger Marks​

Active voyages earn Ledger Marks toward TIDE programs. Rates are campaign-specific; see the app dashboard.

Claim TIDE separately on Tide when eligible.

Why it matters​

  • Immediate liquidity at launch
  • Balanced ha and hs float
  • NAV-preserving distribution at launch: claim ha + hs matching deposit value (subject to fees); then choose Earn, hold, or Leverage
  • Ongoing Yield Share: not one-off liquidity mining

Example: fxSAVE → ETH​

Voyage accepts fxUSD / fxSAVE / USDC (per rules). After launch:

  • haETH: pegged ETH
  • hsFXUSD-ETH: leverage vs fxUSD collateral

Then: Earn with haETH, hold/trade hsFXUSD-ETH in Leverage, track Yield Share and Marks.

Archived voyages​

Completed voyages close new deposits. Claims/withdrawals depend on stage; see each card in the app. Historical FXUSD-ETH, FXUSD-BTC, STETH-BTC voyages may appear archived.

How to join​

  1. Maiden Voyage
  2. Review voyage, collateral, capacity, Yield Share
  3. Deposit main collateral (fxSAVE / wstETH) or use a zap for convenience
  4. After launch, claim ha / hs; use Earn or Leverage as you prefer
